The Seven Energies

Green

Primary attribute: peace

Other attributes: compassion, nature, rest, healing, forgiveness

Green is the summer of the evolutionary journey…a time to rest, to observe, to sense the scope of creation, to wonder, and to introspect. To exist without expectations. To simply be.

The beauty of nature speaks directly to our heart and uplifts it. Green is also about compassion, about giving back to the world. An opened heart is one that is free to hope, to dream of future possibilities.

Dark green indicates disturbance or harm.

Relevant composer: Claude Debussy. Nature is a prominent theme in the French composer Debussy’s music — The Sea, Afternoon of a Faun, Clouds, and others. All his works have warm and restful themes, and his music has a calming effect not found in that of any other composer.
