The Seven Energies

Blue

Primary attribute: appreciation of truth and beauty

Other attributes: purity, structure and form, patience, simplicity, humility

In Blue, expanding awareness and love of truth flowers in the soul, growing out of the nourishing soil that green represents. To the blue ray person, nothing is sweeter than a pure experience of beauty, or of a truth discovered. This quest motivates his or her life. Such an individual loves beauty in the natural world. He craves independent thought and original ideas.

Undefined truth may be called beauty. Beauty is truth or power experienced with the heart. Truth and beauty, if experienced at ever higher levels, eventually are the same thing.

Blue music is usually structured, logical, beautiful and powerful. It is peaceful, but it carries an intent, a purpose, a power that green lacks. It is simple in form yet profound in its impact.

Dark Blue (not the same as Indigo) represents falsehood and beauty unappreciated.

Relevant composer: Frederick Chopin. No single composer epitomizes blue, but Chopin perhaps stands out since his music consistently has the serene beauty that he is known for. The intuitive Corinne Heline wrote that his primary color as a composer was a ‘mystic blue’.
